Important informations
Until now, the RECOMATIC Group has consisted of three companies in Switzerland — RECOMATIC SA, BULA Technologie SA, and SwissSurface.ch SA — as well as its company in Italy: C.O.S.M.A.P. Srl.
In order to streamline our structure, we have decided to merge the three Swiss entities, with retroactive effect as of January 1, 2025. This merger takes the form of an absorption, with RECOMATIC SA integrating BULA Technologie SA and SwissSurface.ch SA.
Please note that the Group’s brands — RECO, BULA, and SWIS — will be maintained, and there will be no changes to our machine product lines.
The ownership of RECOMATIC SA remains primarily with Christophe and Philippe Rérat. Béatrice Bula and Olivier Wieland will become minority shareholders.
As this is a merger by absorption, all ongoing orders and active contracts with BULA Technologie SA or SwissSurface.ch SA will be automatically transferred to RECOMATIC SA.
