RECO-CT501 : Compact CNC finishing center for grinding, lapping, satin-finishing and milling
The RECO-CT501 is a 6-axis CNC machine (5 simultaneous) for grinding, lapping, satin-finishing and milling, designed for finishing and preparing complex surfaces. It allows all operations – grinding, lapping, satin-finishing, and milling – to be performed in a single setup on watch, medical, aerospace, and other components.
This highly rigid machine features an 18,000 rpm spindle, a 20-position tool magazine, and a dual pivoting abrasive belt unit to ensure precision, repeatability, and finishing quality for all grinding, lapping, satin-finishing and milling operations. Automatic wheel dressing and CNC-controlled cooling guarantee optimal productivity.
Suitable for parts Ø20–80 mm and compatible with ISO programming assisted by macros, the RECO-CT501 positions itself as a reliable and high-performance CNC finishing center for grinding, lapping, satin-finishing and milling, capable of processing hard materials with flawless finish.
